Most products in our range are available from stock. As a result, the delivery time of our products within the Netherlands is usually 1 to 2 working days. Outside of this, the delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders placed and paid for before 13:00 on the same day.

Many of our customers from Norway and Switzerland have their parcel delivered to a post office in Sweden or Germany. This way you save extra shipping and customs fees!

WARRANTY AND RETURNS
A trial period of 14 calendar days applies to all your purchases at Dutchbushcraftdad.com. You can return purchased products within this trial period, provided they are complete, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. The shipping costs for returning products are at the expense of the customer.
Do you wish to make use of the statutory cooling-off period, or do you want to return your purchase for another reason? Please contact us via the "Contact" page. We will answer your request as soon as possible, and provide you with additional information regarding returns.
Almost all products from our store have a warranty period of 1 or 2 years. This means that in the event of a production error, the product will be repaired or replaced by us free of charge. If this is unexpectedly not possible, we will return the purchase amount of the product to you.
