Introduction
IHello! I’m Jurjen Rolf, a 52-year-old veteran of the Royal Netherlands Air Force and a proud father of two wonderful kids. My daughter is 17, and my son is 19, and we all share a love for spending nights outdoors. Whether we’re camping with our tent or enjoying the comfort of our Hennessy hammocks, we often find ourselves spending weekends in the forest. Our adventures attract the attention of passersby, who often share how they wished they could have had similar experiences with their fathers when they were young. My goal is to inspire more parents to embrace the beauty of nature and the fresh outdoor air alongside their children. It doesn’t matter if it’s a simple afternoon stroll, a picnic, or a few days honing bushcraft skills in the woods.
